Ryer Martial Arts Academy is Pittsburgh’s
only official Real Cardio Kickboxing Program. No other martial arts
school, fitness center or health club in the Pittsburgh area offers
this exciting, multifaceted strength training, resistance training,
and fitness kickboxing program.
Many of our students were tired of the same gym
routine and were seeking a more challenging workout. They wanted a
fresh, fun way to workout in a great atmosphere. If this is you,

The Real Cardio Kickboxing Program is a comprehensive fitness
program that combines fitness kickboxing, progressive strength and
resistance training, flexibility and more that will get you in the
best shape of your life! It includes basic martial arts
movements, such as; kicks, punches, and strikes that are taught by
instructors who know how to get you into fighting shape.
But
what really makes our program so different from
other fitness and Kickboxing programs? Simply put, the people
that are involved. You will be surrounded by many other people, just
like you, with a passion to achieve a healthier lifestyle.
