Yoga
Ryer Martial Arts Academy offers Asana Yoga classes as part of
our Fitness Program.
Asana Yoga is a combination of Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga.
It focuses on the structural alignment of the body and aims to unite the body and mind for health and well being.
Our Yoga classes are characterized by great attention to detail and precise focus on body alignment.
Standing as well as prone positions are emphasized, building strong legs, increasing general vitality, improving circulation, coordination and balance. This class is a great compliment to your
martial arts and kickboxing routine or a standalone practice.
It stretches and relaxes while strengthening the muscles.
